Q: Do you subcontract or use in house staff?
A:
Both. Certain trades in the remodeling process require licenses that we don't have, i.e. plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling.
Q: Are you insured?
A:
Yes.We carry $1,000,000 general liability and and a Worker's Compensation Policy.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A:
Yes. All of our projects carry manufacturer warranties on materials, and all labor is guaranteed for one year from completion.
Q: Will a foreman check on the job every day?
A:
Yes. A foreman will be assigned to the jobsite, and will be onsite while work is being performed.
Q: Do you issue lien waivers? How is this handled?
A:
We require a different signed lien waiver from our subcontractors each and every time we cut them a check.
